How to carry 3 on a Vespa GT200
Cherie & Her Dogs This is a story of two Pugs, a Girl and a Vespa. Once upon a time (4 years ago) I met a boy called Peter at Scootopia after a mid life crisis that involved a divorce and a belly button ring (all not on the same day, well the belly button ring was but that's another story). I had a problem I needed transport! When deciding whether to get a car or a scooter I was talked into getting a scoot by a very lovely motorcycle man.
When I met Peter I was determined to buy a GT200 without test driving as I didn't want to change my mind, I know I'm a girl and its my prerogative but there was no changing this decision! Eventually I did test drive and was hooked and ordered on the spot. Peter introduced me to Audrey a very beautiful pistachio (ok technically its Verde Green) Vespa GT200. I fell in love instantly. They guys at Scootopia and now Scooter Life have looked after myself and Audrey over the years and I could not recommend them any more. Dave even remembered my last servicing k's when asked on the spot recently about when Audrey was due next. That's service!
My next dilemma with transport solved was how to get my pugs to the vet etc. This was something I should not have worried about. Lilly and Doug love it and can't get enough! Lily will even jump on board when parked under the house to say 'Mum I want to go for a ride'.

Mr. Smith - Another Happy Customer!
Hats off to the crew at Scootopia. My relationship with scooters and Joe and his team has gone on for four years now starting with a 50cc Aprillia, onto a 150cc Vespa, and now to my current GTS250cc Vespa.
For all this time, I can only say that Scootopia have bent over backwards to accommodate me. I’ve always been made to feel that my needs are important and they everything they can to keep my on the road safely with limited disruption to my schedule.
I am highly satisfied with all aspects of Scootopia, and if you want genuine advice and service, they should be your choice.

Pink Zip Kat
Happy Customer Hi there my name is Karalyn and I purchased my hot pink PIAGGIO ZIP KAT 50 just over a year ago from Scootopia.I walked in dressed in pink and started looking around and Jo walked up and said 'I have just the scooter for you'. It was the hot pink model situated at the scooter cafe (not sure of name)over at New Farm. I rode my pushie down to have a look and that was the end of that. It rocked, and it was one that you could adjust the seat height for shorties like me so it was perfect. I have loved every minute of it and zooming around town has been pure joy for me (and not a scratch either!) I decided to purchase a scooter after going to Italy and seeing how crazy and fun it was to have hundreds of scooters zooming around town and also because of the environmental benefits. The cost of running the machine is an added bonus. I don't understand why the QLD government do not support scooter riders more by giving us incentives such as not charging us (almost) the same rego as a normal cars which I think we should all petition for!!!It was nice though for us to be able to ride in the bus lanes and for me being situated at Newmaket, it makes it a great run into the city via Lutwyche or Kelvin Grove Road.
My only words of advise for other scooter riders are ride as if other motorists can not see you and watch out for taxi drivers!
Have fun on the road and be safe. Beep if you see me!
Karalyn

Another Happy MP3 Customer
Dear Ben,
I Just wanted to take the time to thank you for the consistently excellent pre and post sales attention I received when purchasing my Piaggio MP3 250ie from Scootopia, Grange.
I chose to go back to the Grange because of the positive experience I received when I purchased my Vespa ET4 150cc about 2 years ago, and the after-sales rapport I have built with Ben, the manager of the Grange showroom.
Ben mentioned to me during the original sale that he was "not a salesman, but someone who matches scooters to people". I laughed initially when he said this, but the way Ben guided me the scooter maze made my purchase decision much easier, and not once have I regretted my Vespa purchase. It was a perfect match, and because of this, I got totally hooked on the joy and benefits of modern scootering.
Now, two years later, I have moved up from the Vespa to the MP3. Same positive purchasing experience. Same perfect match. Even my wife is getting the scooter buzz now and loves to ride pillion at every opportunity!
The team at Scootopia just love what they do, and this enthusiasm shows through when you deal with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Sincerely
Jared M - Happy Piaggio MP3 Owner

Guide to the Good Life
KYMCO Agility 125cc Recent filming for a new national television program on Channel 7 allowed the Kymco Agility to see the sights of Brisbane.
Various well know locations were filmed for the show from the cafe set of James Street in Fortitude Valley to the beaches at Southbank. Just a reminder we all live in a wonderful part of the world.

Another Satisfied Customer
Dear Scootopia,
As a customer of some years, I wanted to compliment Scootopia on their professionalism and courtesy in aspects of their business.
I have piurchased a total of four scooters from them, including a Bug Jive, an Aprilia 50cc and two Vespa GTS250's. Their sales team know exactly what they're talking about, both on technical matters, and on the pros and cons of owning particular machines according to the riders' requirements.
Sarah, who is now the Manager of the Annerley branch of Scootopia, is particularly pleasant and knowledgable on all aspects of purchase and registration of the complete range of scoooters, as well as vital accessories such as jackets, gloves and helmet. (She is a bike rider herself, so she should know what she's talking about)!
I found having the scooters serviced a breeze. Along with Service Manager Dave, the Fortitude Valley Scooter Life Australia Service centre has a great team of guys who know exactly what they're doing when working on any brand of machine. From service to repairs and parts, they're right on the ball with the latest technical advice and equipment to look after the modern scooter.
My congratulations to Sarah and all the team at Scootopia for a continuing job well done. (The coffee's good too)!

Piaggio MP3 400 Riding Experience
Recently one of the 2 Wheeled Press took a MP3 out for a Spin! Recently Matt from Wild Media was 'let loose' on what is undoubtedly the best handling scooter on today's market!
The MP3 is so good in fact that it has just been voted 'Scooter of the Year'!
" It is so easy to get around the city, and the features are very practical. Storage Space, Parking, Performane and Handling as well as the overall build quality are all stand outs. My wife found it comfy on the back, and overall it is a fun ride!"
Another positive result for the Piaggio MP3!
Thanks Matt!

Happy Xciting Customer
Spotted in Fortitude Valley is this New Xciting. The Shy Owner (Who wished not to be named) Could not stop raving about the power, performance and the abundant storage this scooter has! He commented how he has had large Italian Motorcycles in the past and that the Xciting was so much better! Before we could ask any more questions he was off like a flash! The Bug Xciting 500cc is a mere $7990 plus on road costs!
